How does the Richmark Flat Fee Option work?
 
Its too simple....One Flat Residential Listing Fee – Only $1999 for residential properties of any value.   Add that to what you will pay the buyers agent and that is your total selling cost for your home, land parcel or building lot. (flat fee offer does not include multi-family, commercial property and other non-residential type real estate transactions).

Your Richmark Estimated Selling Cost is the sum of $1999 and an estimated buyers agent commission rate of 2.4%.   This buyers agent rate 2.4% is used for this example only.  Commissions are not set by law, but rather by the principal brokers for each company.  We show this graph for illustrative purposes only.  We are comparing our Richmark Estimated Cost to a 6% selling cost.
